Angela Homsi is an international sustainable investor and impact finance expert focusing on impact-innovation businesses, cross-border investing and conflict resolution. She does sustainable impact investments in emerging economies with a particular focus on Africa with Ignite Power and Angaza Capital which she co-founded. Ignite is a Pan-Africa distribution and financing company focusing on national deployments of distributed solar solutions. She is also an investment committee member for Microvest, a fund serving 5 million MSMEs. Previously, she invested in private sustainable businesses at Generation IM, a $15bn investment manager founded by VP Al Gore & David Blood, and on capital markets at Goldman Sachs where she was an investor and trader in London and New York. She worked on economic development in Israel and the West Bank with The Portland Trust and is involved with cross-border impact investing ventures between Israel and EM / neighbouring countries. In her philanthropic activities, Angela chairs Seeds of Peace Global Leadership Council, is a founding board member of Harvard Shades Negotiation Program and chairs YPO Global Diplomacy Network.
